The city of Istanbul offers a trip unlike any other, encompassing Asian and European cultures to create a heady mix of art, music and food. The amazing Old Town and the Sultanahmet are home to iconic Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia. More history is hidden in the Topkapi Palace, where you can glimpse the splendor and opulence of Turkey’s Ottoman heritage.
Take a stroll through the historic center or the busy Taksim Square before watching the sun set behind countless mosques and minarets. Local fish markets and numerous restaurants lining the bridge to Galata offer the Golden Horn’s daily catch.
If you prefer the fine art of bargaining to fine art, lose yourself in the Grand Bazar and maybe you’ll emerge with a hookah, some Turkish coffee, or even a carpet. The Spice Bazar further immerses you in the sights, smells, and tastes of Turkish culture.
Getting to Istanbul is an easy trip from Ataturk International Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport. Whether you want a luxury hotel on the Asian side or a budget hostel in Taksim Square, Booking.com has over 1,000 great accommodations for a vacation in Istanbul.
It was easy to walk around in the area I stayed in.
It was easy to walk around in the area I stayed in. It’s a tourist area so walk a bit outside of Main Street to avoid tourist traps. Had both lunch and dinner at varous places. Good prices and good quality and presentation.
My favourite spot was to see the blue mosque. It’s well worth a visit. Lots of tourist there but that’s how it is. I’d avoid the Hop on Hop off bus. Very expensive and not worth the money.
Then the ferries are a much better and cheaper way to see Istanbul.
All in all I’d love to visit again. Beautiful city with a rich history.

Other than being very disappointed with our accomodation, everything else in Istanbul was amazing. We bought a Istanbulkart which we used on trams ferries buses and the Metro.
Buy the red card from machines near tram stops for 70 TL. plus what ever amount you want. Easy to top up. All major sites like the mosques and museums were fantastic. Don’t miss a visit to the cistern. Spend time wondering the dozens of different neighbourhoods. However due to 56% be prepared to pay much more for everything. Prices similar to Melbourne prices.

The city is very different in its parts and culture, very versatile. You can make a brief coverage of everything and then concentrate on something interesting for you personally. Yet this is a huge city and it lives its own life. It doesn't concentrate entirely on tourists, but you can find any kind of service. Indeed, the place where past and future, East and West meet ))

Very interesting and romantic city with very rich history but it is outrageous that the prices of the tickets for museums and historic places are different for locals and tourists - up to 6-7 fold!! Beware some of the taxi drivers are crooks.

Istanbul is a city unlike any other, and my stay there truly enhanced my appreciation for its beauty and culture.
During my visit, I had the opportunity to explore some of Istanbul's most iconic landmarks, including the breathtaking Hagia Sophia, the historic neighborhoods of Fener and Balat, and the vibrant streets of Eminönü. Each location offered a unique glimpse into the city's rich history, great bazars and vibrant atmosphere, leaving me in awe of its beauty and diversity.
I am grateful for the fond memories created during my 6 visits and time in Istanbul.
I look forward to the opportunity to visit Istanbul again next year.
First of all, let me say that the hotel is in the very heart of Istanbul. From here, it is possible to walk to Taksim Square in just 10 minutes. If you come to Taksim, it can be said that Istanbul is yours. The hotel is in a perfect location. Breakfast is quite good. The employees are very good, especially ALI - we thank you very much, as Azerbaijanis. Thank you very much for your support. In short, anyone who wants to spend the night in an ideal place and walk around Istanbul can choose this place.
First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, it is close to Taksim Square, from which public transport runs in any direction, including buses from both Gokcen and Istanbul airports. The room is quite big and clean. The only inconvenience was that we didn't have a closet. the staff was very attentive and pleasant. Thank them for that. The street where the hotel is located is full of very good cafes with live music until the morning, so we didn't have to look far for entertainment.
Outstanding! The hotel is within walking distance from the centre, there are about ten rooms in total, in a neighbourhood very close to Taksim Square and Istklal street. I am a girl student and I came alone to visit Istanbul and look for an Erasmus flat while I was staying at Taksim Pandora Residence.
The owners are very helpful, any request was fulfilled in record time, the rooms were always clean and had everything I needed to stay comfortably, as in my case.
There is nothing to complaing about. From their location to staff, breakfast buffet, room, cleanliness, everything was top notch. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I definitely will be whenever I'm visiting Istanbul in the future. Their staff was really helpful and informative. They can give suggestion on when and where to go. I feel like I'm staying at a 5 stars hotel with their hospitality. This hotel also has the best rooftop view
Location was perfect with stunning view over the Bosphorus. It was located super close to any major area with Istanbul best sites to view. Ferry and bus stops right next to hotel. One bus away from the airport. And area filled with shops, bars, restaurant and available very late in the evenings. Located next to busy road but once the balcony doors closed you can’t hear much of busy Istanbul outside.
The location is amazing, just near Taksim Square but far enough from the main traffic. The hotel is new, rooms are super clean, staff is beyond polite and helpful (special thanks to Manager Mr.Dogan), breakfast is nice, in front of the hotel you have a cafe, prices are really good for Istanbul which is getting more and more expensive so my overall impression is great and I can't wait to come back :)
The hotel is located nearby Taksim square, a nice start to explore Istanbul. The staff is really friendly and helpfull A++
From Istanbul airport you could take a taxi to the hotel for around 700-800 Lira. They don`t offer breakfast but have coffee, coockies, water and some fruits available in the lobby. Around the hotel are plenty of restaurants where you can have your breakfast.

The hotel was great.
Just 5 mins walk to Taksim square
The breakfast spread was pretty good, quite a number of options for vegetarians too.
The staff is fab, very warm, friendly and always at your service. Special shout out to Yunus and Ozcan for lending the Istanbulcart, it came handy to us.
Rooms are big, spacious and clean
Best hotel ever in Istanbul. Perfect location which near to Taksim Square, eateries, and public transport. Easy to go anywhere. Not hard to find the hotel. Clean hotel, good breakfast, spacious room and very comfortable. Nice and helpful staffs. Sure will stay here again if I come to Istanbul again. Totally satisfied 👍👍👍👍👍
The location is just great, few steps to the middle of the main street in Istanbul (Istiklal), between the famous Galata Tower and Taksim Square.
The Suite had a beautiful view on Istanbul until the Bosphorus. It was enough big and clean for a very comfortable stay.
The Hotel Manager and the Staff were very kind and helpful.
the location is one of the best, as I’m visiting Istanbul regularly over 10 years, this hotel has the best location, close to everything,
few steps from the airport bus station, and Taksim square, then Istklal St.
calm area, clean, multi shops around you,
excellent, polite and supportive staff.
I would say it is the most comfortable place among the places I have stayed in Istanbul. It is very close to Taksim square, from there it is convenient to go anywhere. The hotel managers are very caring, always interested and help in whatever you need.
Excellent hotel near Istanbul Airport. Clean hotel, all the amenities available. Friendly staff. Very new rooms. Great view. I really recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to stay near airport. They also arrange airport transfer with big van.
It is one of the best 3 star hotels in istanbul, I liked everything: location, cleanliness, hygiene, services, and employees. Thanks Mr Dawood for your kindness and help.
Definitely, I will come back to this hotel.
Location of the hotel was walking distance from Taksim Square and Osmanbey.
Staff were so nice and this is a big difference in a multicultural destination like Istanbul.
The room had ac.
The breakfast was top.
